Job summary

CHAOS Industries in London is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the primary local contact for all IT needs, resolving issues, provisioning hardware and software, and maintaining the overall IT environment.

You will partner with the IT team on initiatives, onboarding/offboarding, and security controls across Windows, macOS, and Linux while supporting executives and staff with high‑quality, timely help; this role requires strong communication and customer‑facing skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is required.
4+ years of hands‑on IT support, endpoint administration, or corporate IT operations.
2+ years of experience architecting, administering, and maintaining enterprise MDM environments using Intune and Jamf.
Experience supporting video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams Rooms, conference room AV).
Demonstrated systematic troubleshooting and ability to prioritize in fast‑paced environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver responsive, high‑quality IT support to executive leadership and staff via ticketing, email, phone and in‑person support.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Provide hands‑on support for meetings and collaboration tech including video conferencing systems.
Support onboarding and offboarding including account provisioning and device setup.
Manage enterprise MDM platforms including Intune and Jamf, device enrollment and policy configuration.
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve efficiency.
Work full‑time onsite Monday‑Friday.
Contribute to IT initiatives, upgrades, and deployments.
