Job summary

HLK is seeking an organised IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day support for our Microsoft 365 platform and in-house systems. You will manage helpdesk queues, assist with hardware maintenance for laptops and accessories, and support mobile devices for corporate users.

The role requires experience with AD/Azure AD, Windows 11/365, and a strong focus on customer-facing communication. Hybrid working is offered with occasional travel to offices as needed.

Qualifications

Active Directory administration.
Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 user support.
Laptop hardware maintenance and repair.
Ticket-based helpdesk system usage.
Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication.
Experience with video conferencing equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support for Microsoft 365 and in-house systems.
Manage helpdesk queues and ensure timely issue resolution.
Hardware support for laptops, docks, and monitors.
Support mobile devices and network connectivity as needed.
Administer AD/Azure AD for starters/leavers.
Maintain asset management records and perform IT inductions.
Support Exchange Online/Teams groups and distribution lists.
Assist with office IT rollouts and meeting room equipment.
