Job summary

DeGould is seeking an IT Support Engineer to handle technical inquiries across a busy organisation. You will own support requests, communicate clearly with teams, and perform root-cause analysis to drive data-led improvements in efficiency.

The role focuses on troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments with Office 365 and Active Directory/Entra experience, and requires collaboration with engineering teams. Flexible working may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical colleagues.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for fast resolution.
• Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory/Entra is preferred.
• Basic networking knowledge to support IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own IT support requests across company applications and services.
• Provide clear, data-driven issue analysis and resolution guidance.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams for effective communication and incident handling.
• Document fixes and create knowledge resources for the Platform team.
