DeGould Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer with strong communication skills to explain technical issues to colleagues in clear terms. You will handle technical enquiries in a busy, fast-paced organization.

You will manage support requests across applications, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to documented fixes and knowledge sharing while continuously improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Experience across Office 365, Active Directory/Entra, Jira, Confluence and Service Desk.
• Experience with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and take ownership of support requests, incidents and defects across company applications.
• Provide clear problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams for effective issue resolution.
• Contribute to knowledge base with clear instructions and fixes.
