Job summary

Synergy Flavours, a division of the Carbery Group, seeks an IT Support Engineer to strengthen reliability, performance, and security across European sites. You will provide 1st/2nd line support, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and device management tools.
• Experience in a structured Service Desk environment with ticket management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple European sites.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Install and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and IT equipment.
• Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, and Intune.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access control.
• Provide first-line support for ERP, warehouse systems and business apps.
• Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders about issues and solutions.
• Contribute to IT upgrades, deployments and security initiatives.
• Travel occasionally to UK, Ireland and Italy for colleague support.
