A leading cider producer is seeking an IT Support Specialist based at their Myrtle Farm offices. The role involves processing IT support requests, provisioning hardware, and maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment. Applicants should have strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal qualities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This full-time position ensures a critical onsite presence to address IT needs effectively.
As the No.1 family-owned cider brand in the UK and No.2 in the full cider category, we're proud of our heritage and excited about our future. Our IT team plays a vital role in supporting innovation and growth, recently contributing to the implementation of a new canning line and several other strategic projects. In this role, you'll dive into supporting all aspects of our infrastructure across the business, working with relevant hardware and IT applications, to continuously improve both efficiency and IT security across our site. You'll be working closely with a variety of people across the business, building relationships to support them with IT tickets, resolving any queries in a swift and professional manner.

Technology is at the heart of Thatchers Cider, and we are currently investing in our site, brand and IT applications and infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic IT team, where you will be the first point of contact for all IT support queries, troubleshooting and resolving issues as well as building and managing hardware. This role is based full‑time at our Myrtle Farm offices, 5 days a week.
