Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Provide face-to-face and remote support to users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults.
  • Replace components and support application rollouts.
  • Set up user accounts and manage password issues.
  • Respond to call-outs within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain documentation and produce relevant reports.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Test and evaluate new technologies.
  • Carry out other duties as directed by senior staff.

REED Technology are working with a well-established organisation based in Norwich who are looking to recruit an experienced IT Engineer to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled and customer-focused individual to support a diverse range of IT systems across commercial, governmental, and educational environments.

Key Responsibilities
