Job summary

Skern Training is seeking an IT Support Apprentice to start a career in technology while earning a structured apprenticeship. You will help customers by phone and email, log and track issues, and gain hands-on experience with SQL databases and cloud software.

The role offers a fully funded apprenticeship with mentoring, practical IT support experience, and opportunities to work with development and project teams across campus locations.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries by phone and email.
• Log, manage and update support tickets.
• Investigate and resolve common software issues.
• Assist users with Alpha Tracker and related apps.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Test software updates and new features.
• Support software upgrades and installations.
• Create and update support documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with Development and Project teams
