Job summary

QA is offering an IT Technician Apprenticeship across the UK, including London. You will be the initial point of contact for IT issues, perform remote/phone troubleshooting, log tickets, and escalate complex problems to higher teams.

This role includes watching queues, supporting Windows/M365 environments, and ensuring SLAs are met. You will join a program designed to build technical skills, with opportunities to progress to full-time after completion.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• Potential applicants must not hold an existing higher qualification in a similar subject.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Perform daily backup checks and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide first-line technical support to clients remotely or onsite.
