Job summary

Everything Tech Group is recruiting an IT Support Apprentice for an Advanced apprenticeship (Level 3) in Manchester. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving hardware and software issues and delivering a high level of service in line with SLAs.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. The role offers £17,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and training budget to support continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• First point of IT support for customers.
• Proactive first line IT support responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate records in Autotask and follow SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional first point of contact.
• Provide proactive first line IT Support.
• Record and log incidents in Autotask.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Meet Service Desk KPIs and SLA targets.
• Update knowledge base and tickets with notes and next steps.
• Prepare hardware/software for project delivery.
