Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is sourcing an IT Support Analyst in Birmingham. The role offers hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 from home) and a salary of £28,000–£32,000.

You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support across multiple locations, resolving issues and supporting Windows, Microsoft 365 and related services. Joining a logistics business investing in internal IT after an acquisition, you’ll help maintain core systems, field user requests, and contribute to a growing IT function with

Qualifications

First point of contact for IT support across locations.
Resolve incidents and service requests from end users.
Assist with Windows devices, M365 and business applications.

Responsibilities

Resolve IT incidents and service requests from end users.
Install, configure and support Windows devices, Microsoft 365 and business applications.
Support Active Directory administration.
Maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and hardware.
Carry out daily system health checks and monitor backups.
Escalate complex issues and drive to resolution.
Maintain technical documentation.
Support IT projects as the team grows.
Visit other company sites when required.
Take part in a 1-in-4 on-call rota with fixed payment.
