Job summary
Michael Page is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st-3rd line support across Microsoft technologies, manage incidents and assist with IT projects in Ashford. The role involves device maintenance and end-user support in a collaborative, long‑term career environment.
You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online, while supporting Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, device upkeep, incident resolution, and maintaining
Qualifications
- Experience in an IT Support Analyst, Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows environments.
- Exposure to Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online.
- Support Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management solutions.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding and access requests.
- Maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Escalate and resolve complex technical incidents.
- Assist with IT infrastructure and system improvement projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
- Ensure service tickets are updated and resolved within SLAs.
