Millbrook Healthcare Group is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team in Southampton. You will provide first-line support across a Microsoft-based environment, handling incidents, requests, and device builds for staff at multiple UK sites.

You will work both remotely and on-site, with occasional travel to other sites and after-hours on-call duties as required. The role suits early-career professionals or graduates with hands-on support experience or an experienced technician with 2–3

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support in a Microsoft environment; Windows and Office 365 administration.
• Experience in a service desk or technical support role.
• Good communication skills for remote and on-site support.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line IT support across multiple UK locations.
• Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests within SLAs.
• Prepare and ship IT equipment and assist with project work.
