Ashdown Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer on a 3-month contract inside IR35. You will be the main contact for users, handling hardware/software issues, onboarding, device setup, and proactive system maintenance across multiple sites.

The role requires strong Microsoft 365/Intune experience, excellent communication and the ability to prioritize in a busy helpdesk environment. On-site work across UK sites is expected.

Qualificações

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and Windows Autopilot is essential.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Proven ability to manage user onboarding and offboarding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on IT support across multiple sites and maintain a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems to meet SLAs.
• Install/configure hardware, software and peripherals; prepare devices for new starters.
