Zusammenfassung

Michael Page Finance in Ashford is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a well‑established team. You will provide 1st to 3rd line support for end users, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online.

The role involves supporting Intune and Autopilot, managing user onboarding and offboarding, maintaining devices, escalating complex incidents, and helping IT projects.

Qualifikationen

Experience in an IT Support Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows environments.
Exposure to Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Able to work independently and own technical issues.

Aufgaben

Provide 1st-3rd line support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues.
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online.
Support Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management solutions.
Manage user onboarding, offboarding and access requests.
Maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals.
Escalate and resolve complex technical incidents.
Assist with IT infrastructure and system improvement projects.
Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
Ensure service tickets are updated and resolved within SLAs.
