Job summary

Michael Page Finance in Ashford is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a well‑established team. You will provide 1st to 3rd line support for end users, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online.

The role involves supporting Intune and Autopilot, managing user onboarding and offboarding, maintaining devices, escalating complex incidents, and helping IT projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows environments.
• Exposure to Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and own technical issues.

Responsibilities
