Job summary

Freightliner is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide first and second line support across Windows, Office 365, and networked systems. The role covers AD administration, device provisioning, and on-site hardware support within a distributed UK operation.

You will resolve service requests, assist in project work, maintain documentation, and participate in an on-call rota, with occasional site travel as required.

Qualifications

• MS Office 365 installation and configuration.
• Active Directory administration and user provisioning.
• Windows PC operating systems and hardware familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation.
• Answer and resolve service requests, escalating when needed.
• Install, configure, and maintain applications, OS and hardware; manage backups; keep technical docs updated.
