Job summary

Freightliner Group Ltd is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the IT Helpdesk. The role covers first and second line support across infrastructure, applications, hardware and mobile devices, with occasional site travel and on-call duties in a busy logistics environment.

You will configure and maintain Windows PCs, Office 365, Active Directory and related technologies, while delivering high levels of customer service and proactive problem solving to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for IT support within the organisation.
• Answering and resolving service requests.
• Escalate service requests to appropriate levels and assure completion.
• Install, configure, and maintain applications, OS and hardware components.
• Administer Active Directory within scope.
• Daily checks and assessments of systems.
