Qualifications

• Proven 1st or 2nd line IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting/customer-service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Exchange/Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support on-site and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
