Job summary

Constant Recruitment Ltd in Paddock Wood is seeking a 1st Line Support Helpdesk Analyst to join its dedicated Services Desk. You will provide exceptional telephone and remote support, with onsite response when needed, working from the office 5 days per week from 8:30 to 17:30.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Windows 11, Switches, Routers, Firewalls (WatchGuard), DHCP, DNS, Office 365, Antivirus, and Active Directory.

Qualifications

1st Line level experience
Customer-focused attitude
Willingness to work in office five days a week
Experience with core technologies: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Windows 11, networking equipment

Responsibilities

Provide Remote/Onsite 1st Line support to clients
Be the first point of contact for support calls
Perform installation work of core technologies
Maintain system documentation
Support SLA and ticket prioritisation
