Job description

IT Support Analyst - Full Time Onsite

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows Server, Windows 10, Active Directory, and preferably VMware. The role involves administration and maintenance of on-premises infrastructure, user support, and liaising with third-party suppliers.

Key responsibilities include performing backups, supporting users, managing IT inventory, and other tasks within the team’s remit.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Previous experience in 1st and 2nd line support roles.
2. Knowledge of Windows Administration, VMware, and Veeam backup solutions.
3. Understanding of firewalls, preferably Fortinet, and Aruba switches.
4. Experience working within a project environment, with physical project delivery experience being a plus.
5. Experience with ERP systems such as SAGE or SAP is highly advantageous.
