Freightliner is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its IT Helpdesk team in the UK. This role provides first and second line support across infrastructure, applications, hardware and mobile devices, enabling the business to operate efficiently.

You will be the initial point of contact for IT support, handle service requests, and assist with AD administration, OS and hardware maintenance, and documentation. Occasional site travel and on-call duties are included.

Purpose Of The Role

Working within the IT Helpdesk team, the IT support analysts provide first & second line support to the business covering a wide range of products and hardware, requiring a varied skill set, covering infrastructure etwork, applications, hardware, and mobile device support and provisioning. Enabling the business to perform at full level, empowering others to succeed.
