Job summary

SR2 REC LTD in London is seeking an IT Specialist to own the internal IT environment and support a highly technical workforce in a hands-on role covering identity management, device mgmt, SaaS admin, IT support and automation.

The role focuses on Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, MDM tooling, and securing endpoints, with opportunities to streamline processes and tooling in a 6-month onsite contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Support, IT Operations or Systems Administration experience.
• Strong Okta experience, ideally including Okta Workflows.
• Experience with Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar MDM tooling.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Okta, identity/access and automated workflows.
• Manage devices using Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar MDM tooling.
• Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Zoom.
• Troubleshoot laptops, software, meeting rooms and connectivity issues.
• Manage device provisioning, deployment and IT assets.
• Automate manual IT processes and improve internal workflows.
• Maintain security best practices across endpoints and internal systems.
