Job summary

SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment is seeking an IT Specialist to own the internal IT environment for a tech-focused team in the United Kingdom. The role covers identity and access management, device management, SaaS administration, IT support and automation, with chances to improve tooling and processes.

You will manage Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Zoom, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and drive security practices across endpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in IT Support, IT Operations or Systems Administration.
• Strong Okta experience, including Okta Workflows.
• Experience with Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Okta, identity/access and automated workflows.
• Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Zoom.
• Troubleshoot laptops, software, meeting rooms and connectivity issues.
• Manage device provisioning, deployment and IT assets.
• Automate manual IT processes and improve internal workflows.
• Maintain security best practices across endpoints and internal systems.
