Job summary

SR2 REC LTD in London is seeking an IT Specialist to own the internal IT environment and support a highly technical workforce in a hands-on role covering identity management, device mgmt, SaaS admin, IT support and automation.

The role focuses on Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, MDM tooling, and securing endpoints, with opportunities to streamline processes and tooling in a 6-month onsite contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT Support, IT Operations or Systems Administration experience.
• Strong Okta experience, ideally including Okta Workflows.
• Experience with Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar MDM tooling.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

This is a varied, hands-on role covering identity and access management, device management, SaaS administration, IT support and automation, with plenty of opportunity to improve processes and tooling.

The Role
