Job summary

Jobsoid Inc. in London Hybrid is seeking a Cloud, Infrastructure & Digital Workplace Specialist to manage day-to-day cloud and workplace services. You will administer Microsoft 365 tenant services, Entra ID and Azure, and support endpoints with Intune and Defender to ensure secure, reliable technology for colleagues.

You will report to the Lead, Cloud, Infrastructure & Digital Workplace and help drive automation, patching, vulnerability remediation and compliance across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration skills.
• Experience with Intune endpoint management.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security tools.
• Knowledge of Azure administration and cloud operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.
• Ability to explain technical matters clearly to colleagues and suppliers.
• Customer-focused approach with understanding of security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer cloud hosting environments and supporting infrastructure.
• Monitor platform health, capacity and performance.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents and problems.
• Support cloud and infrastructure improvements.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services and collaboration tools.
• Manage user accounts, groups, licences and identity lifecycle activities.
• Support conditional access, multi-factor authentication and identity security controls.
• Deploy, configure and support end-user devices.
• Administer endpoint management platforms and maintain device compliance.
• Support hardware refreshes and colleague onboarding.
• Carry out patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Administer endpoint protection and anti-virus technologies.
• Assist with security incidents, investigations, audits and compliance activities.
• Support incident, problem and change management processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Work with suppliers to resolve issues and identify opportunities for automation and service improvement.
