Job summary

83zero is seeking an experienced Cloud IAM Support Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management team onsite in the UK. You will support Entra ID, Okta, and related IAM services to ensure secure access for users and resources, while helping implement RBAC, MFA, SSO, and JML workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience with Okta, Active Directory synchronisation, and CloudStrike integration, with additional familiarity in MIM, GPOs, and PAM considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Okta and Entra ID in enterprise IAM environments.
• Experience integrating Active Directory synchronisation.
• Knowledge of CloudStrike integration and PAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and operate IAM services and technologies.
• Assist in Entra ID RBAC, PIM, MFA, SSO, and CA configurations.
• Administer Entra ID users, groups, and Enterprise Applications.
• Assist with Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) workflows and API apps.
