Job summary

Tempcover in London is seeking an IT Manager to lead core infrastructure, identity and access, and service management across the business. You will own Entra ID, Google Workspace, Intune, scripting, budgeting and vendor relations, delivering reliable IT services with SLAs and scalable automation.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern with two days in the office, a strong benefits package and opportunities to shape IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Intune across macOS and Windows.
• Strong Entra ID and Google Workspace administration.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python or Bash) with automation focus.
• Experience building joiners/movers/leavers and access reviews.
• Experience managing and developing at least one team member.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and access: Entra ID, Google Workspace, SSO, MFA, and group structure.
• Manage the endpoint fleet (Intune) for macOS and Windows, including enrolment, patching and lifecycle.
• Automate provisioning/deprovisioning across 70+ SaaS tools, via vendor APIs.
• Deliver IT as a service with SLAs, budgeting, and asset tooling.
• Own vendor and contract management, renewals, and performance.
