Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to support customer environments across an international, high‑tech MSP. You will combine customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, infrastructure support and on-site client work to keep environments secure and efficient.

Key duties include managing service requests, resolving incidents, documenting activity, and ensuring SLA compliance while collaborating with external providers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an IT position with proven experience in technical support.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards and their implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Intune.
• Strong network infrastructure knowledge and proactive collaboration with external providers.
• Excellent documentation and ability to work to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues, install equipment and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents and service requests via the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed and operate within SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority issues to Management when needed.
• Set priorities to meet business objectives and monitor environments.
• Install, configure, test, and repair IT hardware and software.
• Document technical activity and maintain unresolved-work records.
• Handle urgent incidents both remotely and on site.
