Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to maintain and support customer environments. The role combines technical troubleshooting, infrastructure support and hands-on work at client locations.

Key responsibilities include incident management, on-site visits, and ensuring SLAs are met. You will work with Microsoft 365, Intune, RMM tools, and a range of network equipment while collaborating with external providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' IT support experience.
• Mandatory knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 including Email, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, RMM solutions and telephone platforms.
• Networking: routers, switches, APs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs and firewalls.
• Azure administration and implementation.
• Windows 10/11 and Mac environments.
• Client builds, imaging and system deployment.
• Strong customer-facing and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Cooperative, professional and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues, install and maintena nce.
• Manage incoming incidents and service requests through the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed and meet SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority issues to Management.
• Review workload and priorities to meet business objectives.
• Monitor customer systems and ensure standards.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware/software.
• Document technical activity and unresolved work.
• Handle urgent incidents remotely and on-site.
