Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced IT Service Engineer to join its MSP team, delivering technical support remotely and at customer sites. The role requires strong customer interaction, troubleshooting across diverse IT environments, and coordination with external providers.

Key tasks include incident resolution, maintenance visits, and ensuring SLA compliance. You will work with Microsoft 365, Intune, RMM and network infrastructure, supporting Windows Server and Azure environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering/support roles.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support as primary contact for customers.
• Attend customer premises to resolve incidents and perform maintenance.
• Manage support requests through the Service Desk from logging to resolution.
• Communicate progress to customers and adhere to SLA requirements.
• Escalate serious incidents when necessary.
• Plan daily activities to complete tasks on time.
• Monitor customer environments and maintain system performance.
• Install, configure, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Keep service records and documentation up to date.
