Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to join an international high-tech MSP. The role blends customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, and on-site work to support client environments.

You will handle incidents, installations, and routine maintenance while ensuring timely updates and adherence to SLA requirements. The position emphasizes proactive collaboration with external providers and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar IT position.
• Mandatory knowledge of Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite including Email/SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive.
• Experience with Azure administration and Intune.
• Experience with Windows Server and client OS deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to work independently and with external providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with responsive and professional technical assistance.
• Attend customer sites to resolve issues and perform installations and maintenance.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk.
• Keep customers informed and meet SLA requirements.
• Escalate high-priority issues to Management.
• Review workload and set priorities to meet business objectives.
• Monitor customer systems to meet business standards.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Document technical activity and unresolved work.
• Handle urgent incidents both remotely and on client premises.
