Job summary

ActioNet, Inc. is seeking a Site Technician to support enterprise IT operations in a dynamic environment within the United Kingdom. This role requires an active Secret Clearance and hands-on experience in troubleshooting, networking, and Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience installing, configuring, and repairing client computing devices, as well as managing users using Microsoft Active Directory. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Azure and endpoint management platforms.

Qualifications

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair client computing devices and peripherals.
• Install and troubleshoot networking equipment including switches and wireless access points.
• Manage users and endpoints using Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Utilize Microsoft PowerShell to automate administrative tasks.
• Use IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems to track incidents and service requests.
