Job summary

Client Server Limited in London is seeking a hands-on Field Engineer with a focus on IT security and SC clearance. This role combines field-based engineering, network installations, and security incident response across customer sites.

You will install and configure firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and endpoints, manage migrations, document infrastructure, and coordinate with vendors. Travel 3-4 days per week with one day WFH; a UK driving license and SC clearance (or eligibility)

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless access points and endpoint devices.
• Experience with site migrations, infrastructure installation, commissioning and technical documentation.
• Experience in IT support across first and second line environments.
• Experience with cyber security incident triage, SOC alerts and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT migrations and network commissioning across multiple customer sites.
• Resolve infrastructure issues and strengthen customers' security posture.
• Investigate SOC alerts and implement remediation measures.
• Configure security controls to meet customer requirements.
• Manage IT and security projects and coordinate with third-party vendors.
