Job summary

Work Life Group is seeking IT support technicians for an end-user laptop deployment across NATO sites in Europe. You will perform deskside support, assist with logins and basic issues, and ensure smooth handovers during device exchanges.

Roles are contractor/freelance with assignments at several locations including the UK, Belgium, The Netherlands and more. Prior NATO experience and the ability to travel are highly valued for Run Phase readiness through 2029.

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret clearance is mandatory to access NATO environments.
• L1/L2 IT support and deskside customer service experience required.
• Onsite end-user support with Windows login/troubleshooting skills.
• Professional working English and ability to travel to assigned NATO sites.
• Availability for at least one deployment location and period.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support during laptop handover and issues.
• Assist users with login, basic device problems and software access.
• Support across multiple NATO locations; focus on deskside support rather than engineering.
