A leading IT services provider in Manchester is looking for an IT Service Desk support specialist to assist internal users via phone, email, and in person. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up devices, and adhering to IT policies. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Windows and Microsoft 365, exceptional customer service skills, and self-motivation. The role requires on-site presence five days a week with competitive salary and a range of benefits including training and development.
The successful candidate will be working on site in our Manchester office 5 days a week 09:00 – 17:30. You must live within a commutable distance to the office.
