We're looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our Service Delivery team. Please note that while this role sits within our central IT department, it is not a technical position . Instead, it's a highly organised, process-focused role that plays an important part in keeping our business operations running smoothly through communication, accurate record-keeping, strong coordination and excellent operational control. Success in the role will come from your ability to stay organised, maintain accurate records, take ownership of tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business. This could be a great opportunity for someone from an administration, operations, coordination, asset management, compliance or service delivery background who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes real satisfaction from delivering high-quality, accurate work.
