Job summary

Radius Limited in Crewe is seeking an entry-level IT Service Delivery Associate to support day-to-day IT operations. You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding, prepare equipment, and manage assets while liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

No prior IT experience required, but strong organisation and attention to detail are essential. You will develop your skills within a busy IT function, with opportunities to progress into IT Service Delivery Analyst roles or related IT paths as you

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding for employees.

• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotations and place orders.
• Coordinate equipment collections and deliveries.

Job description

This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, or perhaps looking to move into an IT environment from an administrative, customer service or coordination background. The role sits at the heart of our IT Operations function, helping to ensure colleagues across the business have the equipment, access and support they need to do their jobs effectively. While you'll work closely with internal IT colleagues and external suppliers, this is not a technical role. Instead, you'll focus on coordination, administration, asset management and service delivery activities that keep our IT operations running smoothly. What you'll be doing… You'll support a wide range of day-to-day Service Delivery activities, including:

• Coordinating IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Preparing and deploying laptops, mobile devices and other equipment
• Managing IT assets and maintaining accurate records
• Monitoring stock levels and organising equipment
• Processing purchase orders, invoices and procurement requests
• Working with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders and track deliveries
• Coordinating equipment collections and deliveries
• Providing administrative support across the IT Service Delivery function, Over time, people in an IT Service Delivery Associate position could develop into a range of roles, including:
• IT Service Delivery Analyst
• IT Service Desk Analyst
• Other specialist areas within IT
• Other operational areas outside of IT
