Job summary

Focus Group (UK) is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our IT Sales team in Shoreham-by-Sea. This permanent, full-time role offers £26,000 per year, with hours Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30. You’ll be the go-to person for the IT sales inbox, handling queries, orders and renewals while supporting customers and suppliers.

We’re after someone confident talking to people, organised, and eager to learn. Prior customer service or sales support helps, but attitude matters most.

Qualifications

• Polite and confident in conversations with customers.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for the IT sales inbox, respond to queries and ensure nothing is missed.
• Process orders, manage renewals and keep customer accounts up to date.
• Liaise with vendors such as Microsoft to resolve queries and keep things running smoothly.
• Support with billing checks, sales administration and ensuring information is accurate.
• Build strong relationships with IT Sales and Pre-Sales to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
