Focus Group is looking for a friendly IT Sales Support Executive to join the IT Sales team in Shoreham-by-Sea. You’ll help keep the team running smoothly, assist customers, suppliers and colleagues with timely responses and accurate information.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person: manage the IT sales inbox, respond to queries and ensure nothing is missed.
• Keep things moving: process orders, manage renewals and maintain customer accounts and licences.
• Talk to our suppliers: liaise with vendors such as Microsoft to resolve queries.
• Get stuck into the details: support billing checks and sales administration.
• Work as one team: build relationships across IT Sales and Pre-Sales to deliver a great customer experience.
