Job summary

Focus Group (UK) is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our IT Sales team in Shoreham-by-Sea. This permanent, full-time role offers £26,000 per year, with hours Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30. You’ll be the go-to person for the IT sales inbox, handling queries, orders and renewals while supporting customers and suppliers.

We’re after someone confident talking to people, organised, and eager to learn. Prior customer service or sales support helps, but attitude matters most.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for the IT sales inbox, respond to queries and ensure nothing is missed.

• Support with billing checks, sales administration and ensuring information is accurate.
• Build strong relationships with IT Sales and Pre-Sales to deliver a brilliant customer experience.

At Focus Group, great customer service starts with great people. We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our IT Sales team – someone who's confident chatting to people, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in getting things right.

You don't need to be an IT expert or tick every box on a job description. We're more interested in your attitude, personality and how you work with others. If you're organised, approachable and ready to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You play an important role in keeping our IT Sales team running smoothly, helping colleagues, customers and suppliers get the answers and support they need.

• Be the go-to person: Manage the IT sales inbox, respond to queries and make sure nothing gets missed.
• Keep things moving: Process orders, manage renewals and help keep customer accounts and licences up to date.
• Talk to our suppliers: Liaise with vendors such as Microsoft to resolve queries and keep things running smoothly.
• Get stuck into the details: Support with billing checks, sales administration and making sure information is accurate.
• Work as one team: Build great relationships with colleagues across IT Sales and Pre-Sales, helping everyone deliver a brilliant customer experience.

No two days will be quite the same, so you'll need to be happy juggling different tasks, having conversations and working together to get things done.
