Job summary

Flotek Group, the UK’s growing MSP, is seeking an IT Project Coordinator based in Plymouth to organise and deliver IT services for our expanding customer base. You will plan IT projects, manage provisioning, hardware orders and engineering scheduling.

Key duties include leading kick-off meetings, updating customers, and ensuring smooth handovers to support teams while maintaining a focus on world-class service. Some travel to other offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience.
• IT project delivery and/or provisioning would be a benefit.
• Positive attitude with a can do approach to everything.
• Highly organised and structured individual.
• Ability to multitask effectively and handle large workloads.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• A team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects from sales handoff and coordinate delivery.
• Facilitate initial kick-off meetings with sales, engineering and customer (on-site if needed).
• Regularly update customers on order progress and provide clear handovers to client and support teams.
• Deliver world-class service and accurate asset creation for customer agreements.
• Raising purchase orders, ordering services/hardware and provisioning licences.
• Schedule engineers for site installs and training; create task tickets for projects.
