Job summary

Dufeu IT Solutions Ltd is seeking a Professional Services Technician to join the team for full-time, hybrid work. You will support planning, coordination and hands-on delivery of IT projects for clients, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth services.

Projects include server installations, laptop/desktop rollouts, MS 365 migrations, VoIP installations and office moves across customer sites, with some remote work and onsite visits. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT projects and deployments.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 migrations and VoIP installations.

Responsibilities

• Support Professional Services team in planning, coordination and hands-on delivery of IT projects.
• Help ensure seamless delivery across departments for client projects.
