Job summary

Vinci is seeking a Regional IT Support Specialist to deliver on-site and remote IT support to staff across multiple sites in the UK. You will perform hardware deployments, create training materials, and maintain local documentation while collaborating with central IT to ensure consistent service.

A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region are essential. The role requires solid experience in multi-site IT support, familiarity with ITSM platforms

Qualifications

• Multi-site/regional IT support experience preferred.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as FreshDesk, ServiceNow, ManageEngine or Jira Service Management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel across sites and work flexible hours when required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and remote IT support to staff across locations.
• Diagnose and resolve 1st and 2nd line issues in line with SLAs.
• Process user access requests and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Perform hardware deployments and configure laptops/desktops.
• Provide training and documentation for staff.
• Travel to sites for visits and local support.
• Collaborate with central IT teams on incidents and service requests.
• Support video conferencing and meeting room tech.
• Maintain documentation and local IT contact for regional operations.
