Qualifications

• Hands-on IT engineer with project delivery, deployment and field service experience.
• Experience delivering workstation deployments and end-user provisioning.
• Ability to conduct site surveys, onboarding and remote hands support.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and deployments to high workmanship standards.
• Build, image and stage end-user devices for deployment.
• Perform onsite client installations and set up workstations and peripherals.
• Rack and stack network and server equipment with tidy cabling and labeling.
• Carry out pre-install site surveys and readiness assessments.
• Provide remote hands and onsite support for the Service Desk.
• Maintain clear documentation and client sign-off on each install.
• Collaborate with PMO and Service Desk to coordinate activities.
