Job summary

Dufeu IT Solutions Ltd is seeking a Professional Services Technician to join the team for full-time, hybrid work. You will support planning, coordination and hands-on delivery of IT projects for clients, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth services.

Projects include server installations, laptop/desktop rollouts, MS 365 migrations, VoIP installations and office moves across customer sites, with some remote work and onsite visits. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating IT projects and deployments.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 migrations and VoIP installations.

About the Role

The Professional Services Technician plays a key part in assisting the smooth running of the professional services we deliver to our customers. You will support the Professional Services team in the planning, coordination and hands‑on delivery of IT projects for both existing and prospective clients, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery that is fluent across the company.

Projects include, but are not limited to, server installations, laptop and desktop rollouts, Microsoft 365 migrations, VoIP installations, office moves and new infrastructure setups. The role combines remote and onsite work across customer sites, so a full, clean UK driving licence is required.
