A community-focused health organisation in Greater London seeks an IT Project Manager to join its PMO team. This role involves managing and delivering IT service projects within time and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience using Prince2 and ITIL within a healthcare context, with excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Project Manager to join Your Healthcare CIC. The Project Manager will be part of the PMO team, which provides IT Services internally to Your Healthcare and externally to 29 organisations within the Health and Social Care sector to Service Level Agreed Contracts. You will be reporting directly to the IT Programme Manager.
We are looking for a dedicated, organised and self‑motivated project manager who can work using their own initiative and wants to become a member of our community‑focused Social Enterprise. You will be customer focussed with an ability to prioritise workload within a very busy IT department, under the guidance of the Programme Manager.

Applicants should have:
Practical experience of delivering multiple IT projects to time and within budget.
Excellent knowledge of IT project management using Prince2.
Excellent project documentation skills; including project plan, requirements documents, work breakdown structure, project initiation documentation, benefit analysis, project reporting, risk/issue logs and change request.
Excellent communication skills including negotiating and presenting complex and sensitive information.

The post holder will hold overall responsibility for delivery of all IT Service Projects, to agreed levels of quality, on time and within agreed budgets. The role will combine the planning and delivery of complex projects, associated organisational change alongside the management of all contracted IT project managers to successfully deliver the IT project portfolio.
The nature of the role will demand a degree of autonomy, managing time and priorities to ensure successful delivery of all IT Service projects. The post holder will have the knowledge and skills to identify the risks and issues which could affect successful delivery taking appropriate action as required.
The post holder will ensure that all projects are delivered in line with departmental standards (e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2) and organisational policies.
The post holder will ensure that project reporting is accurate and current, providing reports to the Programme Management Committee or other committees as required.
IT projects will have a significant impact on the organisation's infrastructure development as new systems are integrated into the business‑as‑usual infrastructure. The post holder will therefore hold departmental responsibility for Information Governance (IG) adherence ensuring all system changes are impact assessed prior to release.
The post holder will deputise for the Lead PMO or colleagues during periods of absence or as required, supervising areas of work as delegated by the Lead PMO.
