Job summary

Flotek Group, a UK tech company delivering IT, cybersecurity, and Managed Print Solutions, is seeking a Managed Print Engineer to join our dedicated print installation and service team. You will ensure projects meet high standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

You will work with clients and internal project managers, perform hands-on and remote troubleshooting, and maintain detailed project documentation. Travel across the UK and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and can-do approach to everything.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities are essential.
• Experience in a managed print delivery/service role in a technology business is required.
• Willingness to travel to partner sites across the UK and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Managed Print Service Manager.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Flotek technologies.
• Provide world-class service at all times.
• Deliver Managed Print installation projects on time and within budget.
• Communicate with clients and internal project managers.
• Perform hands-on and remote technical troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation for effective handover to support teams.
• Deliver product training to end users and internally at Flotek.
• Install 3rd party software applications on partner PC and server devices.
• Ensure effectiveness of print management reporting applications at partner sites.
• Mentor and support the growth of aspiring Managed Print Engineers.
