Flotek Group is seeking a Managed Print Engineer to join our print installation and service team in Cardiff with UK travel. You will deliver professional print solutions and uphold Flotek standards across projects, ensuring service excellence.

You will work with the Managed Print Service Manager, diagnose faults, install software, train end users, and document handovers. A positive, communicative, travel-ready engineer is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Previous managed print delivery/service experience.
• Willingness to travel Across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Managed Print Service Manager.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Flotek technologies.
• Deliver world-class service at all times.
• Complete on-time, on-budget managed print installation projects.
• Communicate with clients and internal project managers.
• Hands-on and remote technical troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain project documentation for handover.
• Deliver product training to end users and staff.
• Install 3rd party software on partner PCs/servers.
• Ensure print management reporting at partner sites.
• Mentor and support growth of future engineers.
