Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyze, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. You will support governance functions and collaborate across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations to ensure practical, compliant processes.

The role emphasizes process mapping, documentation, and preparation for audits, with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
